We’re one of the leading creative and tech collectives in the Nordics and Poland, spanning strategy, communication, design, and technology - and right now, we’re looking for a Tech Talent Partner to join our People Team in Sweden for a 6-month parental cover starting in late January 2026. 

Please note that this is a fixed-term position, and consultancy assignments are not an option for this recruitment.

What you’ll do

You’ll be part of shaping how we find, meet, and attract great people to NoA. Your main focus will be on tech roles — but you’ll also collaborate across our business and creative teams when needed.

Sometimes you’ll own the full recruitment journey end-to-end. Other times you’ll support our hiring managers with just the right piece of the puzzle — from talent mapping or sourcing, to building short- and longlists, or offering a second opinion on a key hire. It all depends on the agency, consultancy, the craft, and the challenge at hand. No matter what the setup looks like, you’ll make sure every candidate has a great experience — guided, well-informed, and treated with the same attention and care we give our clients.

Among other things, you’ll:

• Partner with several of our agencies/consultancies to understand their needs and find the best match for their teams.

• Build and maintain a strong network and pipeline of talent across tech, business, and creative roles.

• Support, coach, and collaborate with hiring managers to strengthen our ways of working in talent attraction.

• Contribute to employer branding projects and events that reflect who we are and how we work.

• Be a brand ambassador for NoA and all our agencies and consultancies — every interaction, a reflection of our culture.

Who you are
Curious, proactive, and collaborative — you enjoy connecting dots between people, capabilities, and ideas. With a few years’ experience in tech recruitment (in-house or agency), you feel at home navigating different markets across the Nordics and Poland.
