What you’ll do 
You’ll be part of the day-to-day people work at NoA Sweden, working closely with our leaders and teams to make sure HR support is practical, relevant, and truly useful. This is a hands-on role where you’re close to the business and involved in what’s happening — not just setting frameworks, but making things work in real life. 

Sometimes you’ll support managers with everyday people questions. Other times you’ll drive specific People initiatives or improve how we work across the employee lifecycle. The setup can differ depending on the agency, consultancy, or situation — but the goal is always the same: to create a smooth, fair, and human people experience at NoA. 

Among other things, you’ll: 

• Support managers in day-to-day people leadership, labour law questions, and change processes 

• Develop, improve, and maintain HR policies, processes, and employee documentation 

• Work with HR insights, reporting, and dashboards to support decision-making and follow-up 

• Take part in initiatives around talent development, leadership development, and culture-building 

• Support the implementation and ongoing development of our HR system, Hailey 

• You’ll work collaboratively across the organisation, balancing structure with flexibility, and helping us build ways of working that feel clear, modern, and very NoA. 

You will report to the Head of People Sweden and become part of a highly skilled People & Talent team that collaborates closely across all countries. 

Who you are 
You’re a hands-on HR professional with solid experience in operational HR and Swedish labour law. You’re comfortable supporting managers in everyday people topics and navigating more complex situations with a calm, pragmatic approach. 

You value structure without overengineering, feel at home working with HR systems and data, and use insights to improve the employee experience. Above all, you’re collaborative, curious, and down-to-earth — someone people trust and enjoy working with. 

About the team 
You’ll join NoA Sweden’s People Team — a small, skilled group working closely with leaders and teams across our agencies and consultancies. We support both day-to-day HR needs and broader people development, always with a human and practical approach. 

You’ll also be part of our wider, collaborative Nordic People & Talent team, where we share knowledge, tools, and ways of working. We believe in clear communication, trust, and doing things with both professionalism and a bit of humour.
