Production Lead / Producer – NoA Freelance Network | The North Alliance
The North Alliance (NoA) is expanding its freelance network and looking for Production Leads/ Producers to collaborate across some of the most admired creative, technology and consulting agencies in the Nordics — including NoA |Åkestam Holst, Bold, NoA Elevate, NoA Ignite, NoA Connect and NoA Consulting.
As part of the NoA Freelance Network, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of creative, content, brand and digital productions for ambitious clients across industries.
About the freelance network
This initiative is part of a broader ambition to build a scalable freelance ecosystem across NoA.
We want to create a trusted network of freelancers who can quickly be activated depending on project needs, agency collaborations and client opportunities — while making it easier for both freelancers and NoA teams to work together long-term.
The setup includes:
Pre-negotiated hourly rates
Framework agreements without guaranteed hours
Flexible collaborations across NoA agencies
Access to projects across multiple disciplines and clients
The role
As a freelance Production Lead / Producer within NoA, you’ll help drive projects from brief to delivery across multiple channels and disciplines.
Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:
Managing timelines, budgets and resources
Coordinating creatives, freelancers and external suppliers
Leading production workflows
Ensuring quality and delivery across projects
Acting as a bridge between clients, strategy and creative teams
Projects may range from social campaigns and content production to larger integrated brand activations and digital productions.
What we’re looking for
You:
Thrive in fast-paced creative environments
Have experience leading productions from brief to delivery
Are structured, proactive and solutions-oriented
Know how to coordinate teams, stakeholders and external partners
Understand digital production and modern content workflows
Agency or production company experience is highly valued.
