Motion Designer – NoA Freelance Network | The North Alliance
The North Alliance (NoA) is expanding its freelance network and looking for Motion Designers to collaborate across some of the most admired creative, technology and consulting agencies in the Nordics — including NoA|Åkestam Holst, Bold, NoA Elevate, NoA Ignite, NoA Connect and NoA Consulting.
As part of the NoA Freelance Network, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of creative, content, brand and digital productions for ambitious clients across industries.
The setup
This is not a traditional freelance listing.
We’re building a long-term network of validated freelancers that can quickly be activated across NoA agencies depending on project needs:
Pre-negotiated hourly rates
Framework agreements without guaranteed hours
Access to projects across multiple NoA agencies
Flexible and long-term collaborations
The role
As a freelance Motion Designer within NoA, you’ll work with a wide variety of clients, brands and creative teams across:
Social content
Campaign productions
Brand films
Motion identities
Digital advertising
Performance marketing assets
Always-on content production
You may collaborate closely with creatives, strategists, editors and production teams to bring ideas to life through motion, storytelling and craft.
What we’re looking for
You:
Have a strong eye for motion, pacing and storytelling
Are comfortable creating content for digital and social-first platforms
Work fluently in Adobe CC, especially After Effects
Understand modern content production and digital behaviours
Are curious about AI workflows and emerging creative tools
Experience with film production, dynamic content, 3D, Bannerflow or social-first production is a plus.
